This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (EU data center). When you visit the site, the web server automatically records access data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system identification. This data is processed to deliver the website, ensure its stability and security, and investigate abuse (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days unless a specific incident requires longer retention. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
This website (alen-ai.com, including /arya) does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services, does not embed third-party content, and does not load resources (including fonts) from third-party servers. No consent banner is shown because no consent-requiring processing takes place on this website.
If you contact us at info@alen-ai.com, we process the personal data you provide (email address, message content) solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is deleted when it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.

Account data is deleted upon account deletion, subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. § 147 AO, § 257 HGB for billing records).
Arya for Mac processes your notes, recordings, dictations and files locally on your device. No account is required and no content leaves your Mac unless you explicitly configure a cloud AI model with your own API key — in that case your input is sent directly to the provider you chose, under that provider's terms.
Our pages link to external sites (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook). No data is transmitted to these providers by merely visiting our site; their privacy policies apply only once you follow such a link.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority of your habitual residence or of our registered office ([competent state authority, e.g. Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit]).
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Actions the AlenAI assistant proposes that would have material effect (sending, spending, deleting) always require your explicit approval.
